C-TPAT is a voluntary government-business initiative that builds cooperative relationships to reinforce and improve the international chain of supply and safety at the US border. C-TPAT admits that the US procedures and border protection (CBP) can provide the highest level of security of the load only through a close cooperation with the final owners of the international chain of supply, such as importers, carriers, distributors, customs agencies, and producers.

ETHICAL STANDARDS PROGRAMS
The standards pertain to matters such as compensation, underage labor, and health and safety. The Ethical Standards Program was established and exists to verify suppliers’ compliance with the standards, to strengthen the implementation of positive labor and environmental practices in work places, and to bring opportunities for a better life.
PRIMUS GFS
PrimusGFS is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) benchmark and fully recognized audit scheme covering both GAP and GMP scopes as well as food safety management systems (FSMS).
