Marinated VineSweet® MiniPeppers
Ingredients:
2 1-dry-pint clamshells of theVineSweet®Mini-Peppers
16oz of Olive Oil
10 Garlic cloves
2 Spoonfuls of chopped Italian Parsley
to taste Salt & Pepper

Spoonful of Red Wine Vinager
How to prepare:
Pour the
Olive Oil in a bowl.
Peel the ten garlic cloves and put them in the
Olive Oil
Spread the italian Parsley into the bowl with the
Olive Oil and the garlic cloves
Add the Red Wine Vinegar into the bowl
Let the mixture rest for an hour
20-25 min before the hour, put the VineSweet®Mini-Peppers in the oven at 350
degress F.
After 20-25 min, take
the VineSweet®Mini-Peppers out of the oven and
mixed it with the marinated sauce
