Papaya Seafood Salad Recipe
For 4-5 persons.

Ingredients
4 cups cubed Master's Touch® Maradol Papaya
1 pound cooked and shelled shrimp or small prawns
1 1/2 cups sliced celery
2/3 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
4 cups mixed salad greens
3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
1/2 cup light salad oil
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
Dash salt and pepper
How to prepare
In large salad bowl combine papaya, shrimp or prawns, celery, green onions, walnuts and
half amount of mixed salad greens. Whisk vinegar, oil, dill, salt and pepper together and
sprinkle over salad ingredients. Toss lightly. Arrange remaining salad greens on salad
plates. Top with papaya salad and garnish with additional papaya desired. |
