Puttanesca Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

1 10-oz thin pizza crust
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 Ib Master's Touch tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 tsp olive oil
4 anchovies, drained & finely chopped
1 Tbs finely chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup whole brine-cured olives
4 tsp capers, drained
1/2 - 1 tsp crushed red pepper

How to prepare

Place pizza crust on 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella and half the Parmesan on crust. Place tomato slices in circles on cheese. Stir together oil, anchovies, garlic and oregano: spread on tomatoes. Top pizza with olives, capers, red pepper and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F - 400°F for 10-15 mins.
