Tomato-Mozzarella Antipasto Recipe
For: 4 servings

Ingredients:
4 Master's Touch tomatoes
6-8 oz fresh whole milk mozzarella cheese
1 1/2-2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tsp balsamic vinegar
16-20 fresh basil leaves
1 loaf crispy Italian or French bread, sliced
How to prepare:
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange tomato slices on serving
platter. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black
pepper. Top each tomato slice with 1 slice of cheese and 1 basil leaf. Serve or crusty
bread as an appetizer. |
