Peppers are more popular than ever. Not just for the tasty pizzazz they add to
contemporary cuisine, but for their eye appeal. And these Master's Touch® colored peppers
are knock-outs. We start with specially selected seeds that produce peppers with smooth,
shiny and crisp, full fresh.
Grown in shadehouses and greenhouses using advanced growing techniques
that include drip irrigation and careful plant nutrition to help
us deliver a pepper that's moist and full of sweet, piquant flavor.
Master's Touch® didn't invent peppers, but Master's Touch® growers have perfected
them. Your customers will appreciate produce like this.

Do Your Customers Know Their Peppers?
As familiar as peppers are to many of us, some people have yet to become pepper
connoisseurs- The first step to becoming a pepper-buying fanatic. Explain to customers that
all red, green, orange and yellow peppers start out green and tart. As they ripen, they
become first yellow, then orange, then red. The darker they become, the sweeter and
mellow the taste. A whole range of fantastic flavors in one remarkable vegetable. That's some
kind of versatility! |
